Shoestring conspiring is about breathing together in an atmosphere of possibility and hope. It is not about taking the barometer reading of avaialble resources before formulating our dreams and attempting great things for God.

It is about starting with what we have ... but it is never about letting our present circumstances shape or limit our vision for the future.
